KANPUR: The third day counselling of Combined Pre-Medical Test (
CPMT) timely concluded at Ganesh Shanker Vidyarthi Medical College (GSVM) on Thursday. As many as 50 candidates went through final session and 15 locked the choice of their seats.
The candidates of OBC and general category, who secured ranks between 1 and 600 took part in the counselling. The candidates from rank 601 to 2000 will take part on Friday.
The process will continue till September 13.
According to GSVM authorities, the counselling started at 11.30 am and ended by 2 pm. Nearly 150 registered candidates took part. Also 15 aspirants locked the seats for various courses at GSVM.
"We are adopting video conferencing method. The students can lock the seat of their choices by looking the available seats on their computer screens," said CPMT coordinator RP Sharma.
The day four will be open for all the categories. However, all the seats for SC candidates were full by day two.
