Jind: Indian National Lok Dal MP Dushyant Chautala on Sunday hit out at Kuldeep Bishnoi, who has merged his party with Congress, saying it was a desperate move for political survival and will fail.
"People who called Rahul Gandhi a flop for the post of Prime Minister are now raising slogans in his support only. This proves that Kuldeep Bishnoi has surrendered politically," Chautala told reporters at Khedi Mansania village here.
"By merging Haryana Janhit Congress (HJC) with the Congress, politically failed Kuldeep Bishnoi is somehow trying to keep his politics alive," he said.
Chautala claimed that Kuldeep Bishnoi's entry will increase groupism in Congress, which the people of Haryana have witnessed earlier also.
"People are disappointed with the Centre and state government as none of the promises made before the elections have been fulfilled," he said.
