Jaipur: The LaLiT Jaipur marked the grand opening of its much-awaited Goan Food Festival with an exclusive Media Table Brunch, offering guests, leading personalities, and influencers an immersive experience into the vibrant culinary culture of Goa.
Curated by renowned Goan culinary expert Chef Victorian D’Souza, the festival celebrates Goa’s rich gastronomic heritage where Portuguese influences beautifully blend with traditional Konkani flavours.
Guests can indulge in an elaborate spread of authentic Goan delicacies including flavourful Seafood Curries, Cafreal, Xaccuti, Bebinca, Sannas, and Freshly Baked Poi.
Enhanced by interactive live cooking stations, soulful music, and a tropical Goan-inspired ambience, the festival recreates the warmth, energy, and coastal charm that define Goa’s culinary traditions.
