Hostel warden, husband held for sexually abusing 2 minors
ALWAR: The warden of a government-run hostel and her husband were on Sunday arrested by
Alwar police said
The duo has been booked under Sections 354 (Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) of IPC, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, and the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. One more accused, Ramkesh Yadav is currently on the run.
The appalling details came to the fore when the school principal had gone to the hostel on Saturday night to distribute sweets to the hostel inmates to celebrate the return of IAF Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman. The minor girls mustered courage and handed over a letter to the principal, narrating how Neel Kamal forced them to come to her house where her husband Naresh Yadav and his friend Ramkesh Sharma would abuse and molest them.
While the education department has suspended Neel Kamal, and her husband Naresh Yadav, also a government teacher, the officials told TOI that the girls in their complaint, alleged that many hostel girls quietly suffered the sexual molestation by the accused as they were scared to complain to the authorities, as they thought they would be shunted out of the accommodation. The letter was signed by several girls who live in the hostel and demanded a strict action against the accused. The education department officials also arrived at the hostel and spoke to inmates who said to have confirmed the allegations. “The education department also issued orders to immediately remove the hostel guards and the charge of warden has been handed over to Savita Verma,” an official said. The police told TOI that a team of officials on Sunday recorded the statements of the complainants.
“The girls have alleged that the accused used to molest them and forced them to have sexual relationship with Naresh and Ramkesh. The entire incident is currently under investigation,” an official said.
“The allegations against the accused are very severe. They have alleged that the warden would force them to come to her house where her husband and his friend would behave with them indecently,” the official added.

Cut their part and let them die in pain. All pleasure will be vanished. Or hand them to public with hands and legs tied in back. Justice in India is very lengthy and police investigation like sixer out of ground. Then there is plea of mercy etc etc.Read allPost comment
