: Union minister of state for agriculture and Jaisalmer-Barmer MP Kailash Choudhary said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made 100-day action plan for development works in which agriculture department has started its efforts to double the farmers’ income by 2022.


He said, to overcome the backwardness of the farmers, all efforts are being done. Besides, to give fair price to the yields of farmers, 10,000 farmers processing organisations are being made for which announcement was made in the recent budget. Besides, scientists are working to conserve khejari tree and sevan grass that are getting extinct in western Rajasthan, he said.

After becoming minister, it was the first visit of Choudhary to Jaisalmer. Farmers get fair price for their crops, works are being done.
