JAIPUR: The Jaipur police are looking for a city-based businessman in connection with the seizure of Rs 63 lakh

. The notes were sized from city based busi nessman who is also the brother of a BJP corporator.
The police had arrested Pawan Sharma and seized Rs 63.44 lakh near

area of the city on Saturday late night. “Pawan Sharma is brother of BJP corporator Maan Pandit. Sharma had come to exchange his old currency notes with the new ones. There is an involvement of another person which is being probed,“ added Manphool Singh, SHO, Sindhi Camp police station.

The sleuths of ATS acting on a tip off had detained Sharma.The sleuths had found that Sharma had promised to exchange the money at the commission rate of 50%.
