Four persons, including three women, were burnt to death when a 11 KV electric wire touched the truck that they were travelling in, at a village near Sariska in Alwar on Thursday.

Alwar: Four persons, including three women, were burnt to death when a 11 KV electric wire touched the truck that they were travelling in, at a village near Sariska in Alwar on Thursday. Four others in the truck have sustained injuries. The truck was on its way to Alwar from Jaipur when the incident happened.
The incident happened in Bairawas village near Sariska.

According to the police, the victims were returning from Jaipur to Alwar in a truck with their buffaloes.The deceased were identified as Tejaram Banjara (24), his wife Sushila (22), one Kewla (24) and Mamta (28).
After post-mortem, the police handed over the bodies to their relatives. But the relatives denied receiving the bodies as they demanded compensation. The district administration officials assured them compensation of Rs 50,000 from chief minister relief fund.
