Police said the incident took place on February 1, when eight persons of a gang fired at three different hotels on NH-48). The accused also left threat letters, asking for Rs 50,000 from each hotel. Police said that leader of the gang was identified as history-sheeter Pradeep Rawat. He set up a gang called ‘Group 6161. Police said, three firing incidents in one night had triggered panic amongst businessmen. The police formed a special team that included additional SP (Kotputli)
