Indore woman wins Mrs International pageant

INDORE: Indore-based Komal Kalra Pagarani had won the Mrs Asia International pageant held in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, on June 28. Komal, 27, who works as an HR manager in a software company, auditioned for Mrs India Asia International in Pune in January and won the competition. "I won the title of 'Mrs India Global 2014' in Pune and from there I was sent to Malaysia for 'Mrs Asia International' preparations and grooming session," said Komal.
She added that the criteria for winning the pageant was to get through the talent rounds, traditional round, casual wear and evening gown round. "I cleared all the rounds easily which helped me win the title," said Komal. She said, "My husband Ravi Pagarani, who is a business man, supported me entirely and that impressed the judges and gave husband the title of 'Best supportive husband', which was a cherry on top." She said she is eyeing the 'Mrs World' title next.
