"Students like me have been preparing hard for two years and then managed to secure 538th rank in the MPPMT, while many others who benefitted from the two rackets managed to get better ranks by using fraudulent means. Surabhi and her parents Umesh and Nirmala Agrawal also questioned before media persons, as to whose pressure was preventing the police and crime branch from releasing the name of candidates benefited by the rackets. Releasing their names will certainly lead to scrapping of their candidature, which will boost prospect of meritorious candidates top get admission in top medical colleges. "If the list is not released, meritorious candidates like me could even think of extreme steps like suicide," Surabhi said.
