Two teachers of Choithram School, Manik Bagh, Raminder Mac and Vandana Katyal have been awarded with British Council Global Teacher Accreditation Award recently.

INDORE: Two teachers of Choithram School, Manik Bagh, Raminder Mac and Vandana Katyal have been awarded with British Council Global Teacher Accreditation Award recently.
Dean, international affairs of school, Raminder Mac has received British Council Global Teacher Accreditation Award along with commendation for her research on topic, ‘How will collaborative learning between partner schools improve eating habits of grade 6 students?’ Mac was one of the 20 teachers to receive the award.

“She received 6 commendations out of a total of 9 for her work that was adjudged to be of consistently high standard,” said principal Rajesh Awasthi. He added that the research was evaluated by the experts at Cambridge Education Foundation, UK.
Mac had also carried out collaborative learning project with Stoke Row C. E. Primary School, Oxfordshire, UK. Primary in charge, Vandana Katyal has received the award for her research work on fostering critical thinking skills among 9 and 10-year-olds through problem-based learning (PBL) by targeting real life issues.
