BPharma student dies after speeding trailer hits motorcycle

Indore: A 24-year-old BPharma student died after a speeding trailer rammed into his motorcycle on Khudel Road on Monday afternoon. Locals caught the trailer driver and handed him over to the police.Police identified the deceased as Junaid, a resident of Qazi Palasia. He sustained critical injuries in the crash and could not be saved despite medical intervention. Family members said Junaid was a final-year BPharma student at Index College and was expecting his degree in April.Khudel police said the trailer also hit two other vehicles, injuring their drivers. They were treated at a nearby hospital and discharged. A case was registered and further investigation was under way.DSP Umakant Choudhary said that the death was recorded and the body was handed over to the family members after a postmortem examination.The seized trailer was later removed from the spot and sent to the police station.
