Agent looted of ₹2L, driver detained

Indore: Four masked men looted an agent of a company of Rs 2 lakh after throwing chilly powder in his eyes in Lasudia, police said.The agent, Munna Chouhan, resident of Bajrang Nagar, Lasudia Mori, lodged a complaint at Lasudia police station.Lasudia police station in-charge Santosh Dudhi told TOI, “We have registered a case against four unidentified accused on complaint of the agent and detained his car driver.”In his complaint Dudhi told police that he was travelling with his driver Shubham after collection on Friday when Shubham stopped the car near MR 11 and went to toilet. Meanwhile, four masked men came near his car and threatened him to come outside the vehicle. When he didn’t come outside, one of the accused threw chilly powder in his eyes. Subsequently, they made away with a bag containing Rs 2 lakh from him .
