HYDERABAD: Telangana BJP MLA Raja Singh on Tuesday said that he was willing to die to protect the Sanatana Dharma.
He said he would upload another video countering comedian Munawar Faruqui's remarks on Lord Ram in a show.
Singh was arrested by Hyderabad Police on Tuesday morning after he uploaded a comedy video on Monday night making indirect remarks about Prophet Mohammad.
The social media platform removed the comic video uploaded by Raja Singh after police requested it.
Raja Singh questioned how the police could protect a comedian who made derogatory remarks about Hindu gods and still allow his show.
"I have already stated that I will make counter-videos to him; if one video is removed, I will upload the second part; I am not afraid of any action," he said.
Every action will be met with a counter-action, he added.
