Two friends out for having tea die as bike rams into tree

Hyderabad: Two people travelling on a bike died after their vehicle hit a tree in Keesara on Thursday night.The deceased have been identified as A Kanakaraju, 20, and T Arun Kumar, 19, both from Gabbilalpet. They were friends who worked at a car-washing workshop. According to the police, the accident occurred at around 9 pm while they were travelling from Gabbilalpet to Yadgarpally to have tea. Police said that Kanakaraju lost control of the bike while taking a turn at high speed and crashed into a roadside tree. They sustained head and leg injuries and died on the spot. Police have registered a case, and an investigation is being conducted.
