Telangana HC stays GO 247 issued by state

HYDERABAD: Justice A Abhishek Reddy of the Telangana high court on Wednesday stayed the GO 247 issued by the state. The GO 247 allowed the Jubilee hills house building society management to take decisions without quorum. The high court judge heard the pleas of a few members and sought counters by October 14 from the state and the president of the house building society and directed the authorities not to give effect to the GO 247 till then. tnn
