HYDERABAD: A teacher of Sri Chaitanya Techno School, who alleged misbehaved with several girl students, was arrested by SR Nagar police and a case was registering under the Nirbhaya Act against him on Thursday. SR Nagar sub-inspector
Sudharshan Reddy said that Bhujanga Rao, 31, a mathematics teacher, was accused of misbehaving with some girl students both inside the class as also on the road.
"One of the victims informed her parents, who came down and spoke to the dean of the school. Later the father of the victim lodged a police complaint. Similarly, several other parents also complained to the dean, who also verified the facts,'' Sudharshan Reddy said.
According to police, the accused has been working with Chaitanya Techno School, SR Nagar branch, for the last two years and he was accused of misbehaving with the students ever since.
