Pilot Rohith Reddy not notified, says counsel

HYDERABAD: Senior counsel Gandra Mohan Rao on Thursday argued the case of MLA Pilot Rohith Reddy, the complainant in the Poachgate case, and said that though different sets of petitions were filed and decided by a single judge, none of them notified the MLA. "BJP unleashes its 'trishul' - CBI, ED and IT - against all those who speak against it. Now, ED is calling Rohith Reddy for raising his voice," he said. Senior counsel DV Sitarama Murthy intervened for accused and said since Rohith appeared on his own and filed his counter, question of him being notified separately did not arise. tnn
