Parvinder Singh takes charge as ROC Hyd

Hyderabad: Indian Corporate Law Services officer Parvinder Singh on Tuesday assumed charge as the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Hyderabad. On attaining superannuation, Josekutty VE, ROC, Hyderabad, retired from service.
Parvinder Singh, a joint director, ministry of corporate affairs had previously worked as ROC, Central Scrutiny Centre, Manesar.
Singh said his focus will be on ease of doing business, inter-agency cooperation for better enforcement.
