Owaisi in Hyderabad, found herself in a tight spot on Thursday after a video of her gesturing as though loosing an arrow, allegedly in the direction of a mosque, was widely circulated on social media. The clip shows her riding atop a vehicle during the Ram Navami procession at Siddiamber Bazar crossroads in the old city on Wednesday.
There was an angry reaction on X soon after the video surfaced. Latha later posted on her X handle that the video was incomplete and apologised if it had hurt anyone's sentiments. Owaisi, however, described the clip as an attempt by BJP and RSS to disrupt peace in Telangana for political reasons.
