HYDERABAD: A 22-year-old man died in a fire accident at a bar & restaurant in Karmanghat in the wee hours of Thursday.
The man, Srinu, approached manager of Vanga Bar & Restaurant at Karmanghat, Sunil Reddy, for employment. However, after working for one day, he left the place and returned only on Wednesday night. However, since he had nowhere to go, he slept in the store room after requesting Sunil Reddy.

At about 1 am, the security guard of the bar noticed fire in the store room and opened the shutter. "By the time the shutter was opened, the entire room was engulfed in fire. A fire tender was called, but by then Srinu was charred beyond recognition," Saroornagar SI M Sri Hari said. Police suspect that the cause of the fire could be an electric short circuit.
