Relief for YS Jaganmohan Reddy in assets case

Justice B Sivasankara Rao of the Hyderabad High Court on Monday extended the exemption given to YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy from compulsorily appearing before the trial court in the Jagan assets case.

HYDERABAD: Justice B Sivasankara Rao of the Hyderabad High Court on Monday extended the exemption given to YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy from compulsorily appearing before the trial court in the Jagan assets case.
As the exemption earlier accorded by HC expired, his counsel urged the court to extend the same. The judge extended it till February 15.
