Golden padukas handed over to Ayodhya panel
HYDERABAD: Challa Srinivas Sastry, director of Ayodhya Bhagyanagaram Sitarama Seva Trust Foundation and donor of the ‘golden padukas’, handed them over to chairman of Ayodhya Ram Mandir Construction Committee, Nripendra Misra, in Ayodhya on Friday.
“The padukas weighing 12.5 kilograms are made of silver with gold plating. I travelled to all the shrines and routes where Lord Sri Ram had gone and finally reached Ayodhya,” said Srinivas.
