HYDERABAD: Traffic police advised people to take alternate routes on Thursday owing to Harikrishna's funeral procession.
The procession will start at 4pm from Harikrishna's Mehdipatnam residence via NMDC, Mustafa Jewelers, SD Hospital, Mehdipatnam, Rethibowli, Nanal Nagar, Tolichowki flyover, KFC-Archian Marbles, Shaikpet Nala, Bharath Petrol Pump, Oasis school, Whisper Valley, JRC Convention and reach Mahaprasthanam near Nyaya Vihar, Jubilee Hills road.
Commuters who want to move towards Mehdipatnam from Lakdikapool via Masab Tank-NMDC have been advised to proceed via Ayodhya Junction, Bazar Ghat and Asif Nagar from 6AM to 5PM. From old city, one may take Puranapool, Hundred ft Rd, Attapur to move towards Gachibowli. Else, one can take Bahudurpura, Zoo Park, Shivaram Pally, Aram Ghar and Attapur Road. People are advised to avoid NMDC, Mustafa Jewelers, SD Hospital, Mehdipatnam, Rethibowli, Nanal Nagar, Tolichowki Flyover, KFC-ArchianMarbles, Shaikpet Nala, Bharath Petrol Pump, Oasis school, Whisper Valley Junction and take right turn at Masab Tank Junction to reach Gachibowli via 1/12 junction, Road No.1, Banjara Hills.
