At 7.30am, police received an alert from passers-by saying that a man was running naked on road number 3 of Banjara Hills near

Sri Nagar Colony T Junction

.

“The 30-year-old man who was later identified as, Raksha Raj, a techie working for Deloitte in Hitec City area, was spotted running naked between Sri Nagar Colony T junction and TV 9 office. When our team tried to apprehend him, he tried attacking them. We picked him up and as he was difficult to control, we tied him up and shifted in a patrolling van to Erragadda hospital,” Banjara Hills inspector

said.

Police later found out that Raksha Raj, who is a resident of Trimulgherry, has been mentally disturbed since three days due to love failure. “His father said that Raksha Raj left home on Thursday and did not return,” the inspector said.
