After the train reached its last destination, Secunderabad Railway Station, the police noticed the couple unconscious. The couple was shifted to

for treatment. After they gained consciousness, they realised all their belongings were missing. They approached the GRP, Secunderabad.

The incident happened when the train reached Visakhapatnam Railway Station. According to the complaint, the victims

, 55, and Sunitha, 50, were offered tea by a couple. Though they refused it the first time, they offered them coffee at 12 midnight on Saturday. After consuming coffee, they fell unconscious. The unknown persons stole 27,000 and

ornaments from the couple.

According to police the couple lost 8.7 tola gold.

The case has been transferred to GRP, Visakhapatnam.
