BRS too victim of fake Delhi excise case, says KTR
Hyderabad: Reacting on the Delhi court's verdict in the excise liquor case exonerating Arvind Kejriwal and others, BRS working president KT Rama Rao said on X that two state govts were brought down after cases were registered. "AAP govt led by Kejriwal was brought down in the name of the so-called liquor scam, and the political casualty of that narrative was the Bharat Rashtra Samithi in both the Assembly & Parliament elections. Kavita Garu got justice in court today and In the same manner, every case registered against our leaders will be conclusively exposed as false, politically motivated, and fabricated," he said.

He further said that until truth prevails, "we will continue to witness reckless allegations from the Congress and the BJP, amplified by media trials designed to malign and mislead. Unfortunately, this has now become the new norm in the "New India"..."BRS leader and ex-MP B Vinod Kumar and Devi Prasad welcomed the court's verdict and said BRS was targetted by the BJP and Congress and this was reflected in the elections after K Kavitha was arrested. Vinod said KCR had said Kavitha would come out clean in the case.
