Anrak plant protester succumbs
Tension prevailed in Makavarapalem and nearby villages after one of the two seriously injured persons in police lathicharge died in a Vizag hospital on Thursday evening.
Rutta Peddinaidu, 43, of Boorugupalem village died around 4.30 pm. He had been on ventilator since Monday afternoon after suffering serious head injuries when police swooped on the protesters at an agitation camp in Makavarapalem.
