Professor ends life

Hubballi: A chemistry professor who worked at PC Jabin College allegedly died by suicide by hanging himself at his residence on Tuesday.
According to police, the deceased is Praveen Kumar, 35, from Channagiri in Davanagere district. He was a chemistry professor at the college for the last four years. His wife works as a lecturer in a private college. The couple had a baby boy 10 days ago.
Vidya Nagar police told TOI that Praveen died by suicide suicide on Tuesday night and the reason for his suicide is yet to be known. A case has been registered.
