Noted author Rashmi Bansal has advised students not to get into management courses just for the sake of acquiring job, and instead to think beyond it.
Delivering a lecture on entrepreneurship at KLES' IMSR College (Hubli) on Thursday, Bansal said MBA graduates should think of doing something on their own and make a mark instead of being content with a job.

Stating that management students should be open for new experiences and ideas, she asked them to treat the college campus as a platform to try new experiments.
"The learning experiences of the campus will encourage develop entrepreneurship spirit. In later stages, it will help crack real situation business deals," she added.
