Karnataka: Locals rescue lady who accidentally fell into canal

went viral on Sunday.



According to the sources, the lady in green saree seems to be in her late 60 accidentally fell in the canal near RTO office in Hosapete on Saturday afternoon, the drowning lady covered 300 meters along with the flowing water before she was rescued by a group of locals.

have noticed the lady and they started shouting to save her, it was like a chain of human formed to save the lady, finally, a local boy named Ajay H said to be rescued her, according to the sources. But the efforts of tracing or contacting the lady or the boy or the group of people did not yield any results. It is said that the people and the boy who rescued were said to be from RTO circle area of the city.

However, the police say they don’t know the exact location of the area where the rescue operation happened. They say they also came to know about the incident through media.
