Hyd couple saved daughter before dying

Kalaburagi: Despite being trapped in an inferno, a Hyderabad-based couple managed to save their daughter after the bus in which they were travelling had a head-on collision with a goods vehicle and caught fire early on Friday morning.
Although Arjun Kumar and his wife Sarala could save their daughter Pranithi, they themselves could not come out of the burning bus.Even their son Vivan died along with them.
They were among the seven people who died in the accident.
The bus was returning to Hyderabad after a trip to Goa where the family had gone to selebrate Pranithis’s birthday. The bus hit a goods vehicle, then a wall before overturning. It fell on its side which had the door and the passengers could not come out. Soon after the bus’s fuel tank caught fire and the flames spread quickly.
Some of the passengers managed to break the window panes and the rear windshield to escape. tnn
