He urged officers to discharge their duties with fairness and accountability, reinforcing public trust in the police system.The top cop also advised senior officials to guide newly inducted junior officers by sharing their experience and expertise, thereby helping them enhance their professional skills.Highlighting the growing role of technology in modern policing, Saleem noted that advanced tools and systems are crucial in crime prevention and investigation. He instructed personnel to undergo proper training in the latest technologies integrated into the police system and to use them effectively in maintaining law and order.
Following the meeting, the DG&IGP visited the DAR police residential quarters complex, where he interacted with officers and their families and listened to their grievances.
