Final roll lists 10.41L voters in Dibrugarh
Dibrugarh: The final voter list for Dibrugarh Electoral District, comprising six assembly constituencies, was published on Tuesday with Jan 1, 2026, as the qualifying date under the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960.
According to the final electoral roll, the total number of voters in Dibrugarh Electoral District stands at 10,41,935. This includes 5,39,543 female voters, 5,02,381 male voters, and 11 third-gender voters. The final list shows a decrease of 1,744 voters, representing a 0.17% reduction from the draft voter list.
The constituency-wise breakdown reveals interesting demographic patterns across the district. The Chabua-Lahowal (87) constituency has 1,77,238 total voters, comprising 85,256 men, 91,981 women, and 1 third-gender voter. During the finalisation process, 3,337 male and 4,228 female names were added, while 4,412 male and 5,008 female names were deleted from the draft list published on Dec 27, 2025.
The Dibrugarh (88) Constituency registered the highest voter count with 1,97,154 electors — 93,685 men, 1,03,467 women, and 2 third-gender voters. Here, 4,322 male and 5,590 female names were included, while 4,823 male and 4,610 female names were removed.
The Khowang (89) constituency has 1,57,363 voters (76,183 men, 81,176 women, and 4 third-gender voters), while Duliajan (90) recorded 1,76,624 voters, with 85,443 men, 91,178 women, and 3 third-gender voters.
Tingkhong (91) constituency has 1,77,658 voters, including 82,131 men and 85,700 women. The Naharkatiya (92) constituency registered 1,55,898 voters — 76,114 men, 79,783 women, and 1 third-gender voter.
