FIR against two BYOB clubs over loud DJ music past 10pm in Gurgaon
Gurgaon: Two BYOB clubs in the city faced police action after a patrolling team found them playing loud music beyond permissible hours without permission.
Residents flagged violations at some locations, after which teams were dispatched to inspect suspected locations. During checks, led by ACP Badshapur Yashwant Yadav, violations were confirmed at two clubs, one in Sector 61 and another in Sector 58.
At Don Jon BYOB & Lounge Club in Sector 61, the club operator, Rajat Gupta, failed to produce any valid permission or documents authorising the use of loud music during restricted hours.
