15 Haryana bureaucrats transferred, including Gurugram's HUDA, RTA chiefs

GURUGRAM: On Thursday, the state government issued transfer and posting orders of 11 IAS and 4 HCS officers. Those transferred include 3 Gurugram officials –Pradeep Dahiya (IAS), Yash Pal (HCS) and Manoj Kumar (HCS).Pradeep Dahiya, ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA and Secretary, RTA in Gurugram goes as ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA and Secretary, RTA, Charkhi Dadri. He will be relieving Ajay Singh Tomer.Among HCS officer, Yash Pal, Administrator, HUDA, Gurugram and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Gurgaon, goes as Commissioner of Municipal Corporation of Gurugram relieving V. Umashakar of the said charge. Chander Shekhar Khare, Deputy Commissioner, Panipat will be appointed as Administrator, HUDA in Gurugram and also, Additional Director, Urban Estate in the district replacing Yash Pal.Following the shuffle, GMDA finally has full time CEO with V Umashankar disburdened of the charge of MCG commissioner. While there was been talk of MCG getting a new commissioner for over two months now, the official announcement kept getting delayed. Umashankar has been handling the dual charge of GMDA and MCG since January 2017. He tried his best to juggle between these two roles and his trips to Chandigarh too increased substantially since he was holding two important posts.However now that he was been relieved from MCG, the projects under GMDA are likely to get undivided attention. Recently GMDA moved into its new office in sector 32, which till recently was functioning out of multiple locations. “I enjoyed my tenure and did whatever best I could. Now I can fully concentrate on GMDA,” said Umashankar.Ram Kumar Singh, who was posted as ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA and Special Officer APZ, Ambala and Secretary, RTA, Ambala has now been transferred as Zonal Administrator, HSAMB in Gurugram . He has relieved Ashok Kumar Garg.Manoj Kumar will now only handle the charge of OSD in the office of Gurugram ’s Divisional Commissioner. Till now, he also had the charge of ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA and Secretary of RTA in Rewari.Besides these, Rohtash Singh Kharb, Deputy Commissioner, Yamunanagar has been posted as Special Secretary, Home-I Department, relieving Chander Shekhar of the said charge.Sumedha Kataria, Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Panipat in place of Chander Shekhar Khare. Kataria has been replaced by S.S. Phulia, who was posted as State Project Director, Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad earlier.Ashok Kumar Meena, Director and Special Secretary, Industrial Training and Employment Department has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Hisar vice Nikhil Gajraj.Nikhil Gajraj, Deputy Commissioner, Hisar has been posted as Administrator, HUDA, Faridabad and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Faridabad, reliving Yashendra Singh, HCS.Gauri Parasher, Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula goes as Director and Special Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment Department relieving Sanjeev Verma of the said charge.Vijaykumar Siddapa Bhavikatti, Deputy Commissioner, Charkhi Dadri has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Yamunanagar vice Rohtash Singh Kharb.Ajay Singh Tomer, ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA Charkhi Dadri and Secretary, RTA, Charkhi Dadri goes as Deputy Commissioner, Charkhi Dadri, vice Vijaykumar Siddapa Bhavikatti.Parth Gupta, Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Faridabad and CEO, Faridabad Smart City Ltd. Faridabad has been posted as ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Kaithal and Secretary, RTA, Kaithal vice Shakti Singh.Shakti Singh, ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA Kaithal and Secretary, RTA, Kaithal has been posted as ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA and Special Officer, APZ, Ambala and Secretary, RTA, Ambala vice Ram Kumar Singh.
