PANAJI:

Instead we look at it as the election that will lead to the laying of the foundation for clean politics in the state and it is the Panajikars who will lay this foundation stone by electing the GSM candidate from Panaji, paving the way for the formation of a GSM government in the next five years,” Velingkar said.
