Russian held with drugs worth Rs1.6L
Panaji: Konstantin Marzli, 42, a Russian , was arrested by the anti-narcotic cell (ANC) of Goa police on Friday for allegedly possessing a narcotic substance worth Rs 1.6 lakh.
“The raid resulted in the arrest of Marzli, presently staying near Sateri Temple, Pernem. The accused was found in possession of 29g of suspected hydroponic weed worth Rs 1.1 lakh, and 500g of suspected ganja, worth Rs 50,000,” Kaushal said.
