PANAJI: Porvorim police on Friday released a sketch of a suspect in the Porvorim robbery case, which occured at the residence of Kalindi Banaulikar recently.
Four unknown persons, between the age group of 20 to 30 years, entered Banaulikar's house at Porvorim through the rear door which was open.
The accused tied the woman, her husband Venkatesh, and the maid with a cotton rope before committing the robbery.
Porvorim police registered the case against four unknown accused persons and have also issued a look-out circular against them.
Police further suspect that the accused are migrant labourers.
The complaint stated that the victims 'couldn't see all the accused as they had scattered around the house and decamped with gold ornaments worth 8 lakh and cash of 15,000 within 25 minutes'.
