Maha voters in Goa to get paid holiday tomorrow

Panaji: Govt of Goa has declared Nov 20 as a paid holiday for the general election to the Maharashtra legislative assembly.
This is for individuals who are working in Goa and are voters of Maharashtra, enabling them to vote on the polling day.
The paid holiday applies to industrial workers, daily wage workers of govt departments and state govt industrial departments, commercial and industrial workers of all private establishments, and workers employed at all private establishments.
The paid holiday will also apply to daily wage and casual workers employed in any business, trade, industrial undertaking, or any other establishment.
The holiday is in addition to the holidays declared by govt and published in the gazette on Nov 2, 2023.
