Kasaravalli is recognised as one of the pioneer filmmakers of Indian cinema who began his career in the late 1970s as a director with the Kannada film Ghatashraddha. He is expected to be present in Goa for the event next month. The three-day festival will be open to all.
In addition to this, ESG will also be hosting an all India short-film competition in January for the Goan film fraternity.
