promising to revamp the Mapusa market, a proper garbage collection system, wifi hotspots, CCTV cameras and electric shuttles within the city.

's main objective is to revitalize the Mapusa market, which is the city's primary economic engine.

At present, she said there is no proper garbage collection system and added that AAP wants to introduce regular garbage collection to meet its clean Mapusa objective.

"There is a lack of transportation facility in Mapusa. To ensure intercity mobility, AAP will introduce electric shuttles in the city. Additionally, connectivity has become more important due to the pandemic. AAP will set up WiFi hotspots in the city to meet this need," she said, adding that the party will also install CCTV cameras across the city to ensure Mapusa's safety.

"Furthermore, we will create recreation centres for kids and senior citizens, as well as we will work to preserve the city's heritage," she added.
