Devotional music concert at Kala Academy

Kala Academy

Goa on July 16.

The music direction for the compositions of Abhangas is by Jeevan Dharmaadikari who has selected rare Abhangas of Maharashtrian saints like Sant Janabai, Sant Vithamaharaj, Sant Nila Maharaj, etc.

Well-known accompanying artistes Bharat Kamat on the tabla, Prasad Joshi on the pakhawaj, Shubhada Athavale on the harmonium, Udhav Kumbh and Shri Parag Joshi on the side rhythm will provide instrumental support.

The devotional music concert will be held from 6pm onwards at the

Dinanath Mangeshkar Kala Mandir

, Kala Academy, Panaji. Entry to the concert is by free passes which will be available at Kala Academy from July 13 onwards on first-come-first-serve basis. Some seating arrangements will be reserved for Kala Academy invitees and guests.
