Rival gang member held for murder in Delhi

Almost five days after an associate of gangster Sunil alias Tillu Tajpuria was shot dead inside a Jaguar car in Rohini, police have arrested a 22-year old man, an associate of rival Gogi gang in connection with the murder.

NEW DELHI: Almost five days after an associate of gangster Sunil alias Tillu Tajpuria was shot dead inside a Jaguar car in Rohini, police have arrested a 22-year old man, an associate of rival Gogi gang in connection with the murder.
According to police, the accused have been identified as Gaurav Rana. Police said the accused had provided vital clues about the victim and had even conducted a recce of his house.

The accused allegedly told cops that he along with two others reached Rohini on March 23 in order to carry out their plan. So far it appears that the killing was a fallout of gang rivalry as the victim had thrown a party after Jitender Gogi was shot dead.
