Rahul’s tour to be called ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’

New Delhi: Congress on Thursday said it has decided to retain the ‘Bharat Jodo’ branding in the next phase of Rahul Gandhi’s cross-country tour beginning on January 14, and added that the rechristened ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ from Manipur to Mumbai will raise the pitch for social, economic and political justice for the people of India.
The route of the 6,700-km yatra was announced following a three-hour meeting chaired by Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge.
Congress’s communications chief Jairam Ramesh said the yatra will travel through 110 districts and 100 Lok Sabha segments across 15 states including Arunachal Pradesh, added to the route after ironing out security concerns TNn
