Police act on video of ‘drunk’ cab driver driving on wrong side

New Delhi: Delhi Police took cognisance of a viral dashcam video capturing a road rage incident near Yashobhoomi Roundabout on the Dwarka Expressway, where a cab driver, allegedly under the influence of alcohol, was seen driving on the wrong side.The video showed the cab approaching from the opposite direction, coming close to a head-on collision. When the driver of the vehicle recording the footage stepped out to confront him, the cab driver was allegedly aggressive and used foul language. A passenger in the cab exited the vehicle during the altercation.Police said the cab and its driver were identified, and legal action was initiated.
