Gang that targeted e-rickshaws busted

NEW DELHI: Police have busted a gang of robbers who used to make e-rickshaw drivers unconscious with handkerchiefs soaked in chloroform and then flee with their belongings and vehicles.
Police received a complaint, on March 15, from e-rickshaw driver Shubham Sharma, who claimed that his phone and vehicle were robbed by a man who made him unconscious by pressing a handkerchief on his face.
Sharma said that when he regained consciousness he found himself lying at an abandoned plot. He then went to the Rani Bagh police station and lodged a complaint.
Police said that two men -Rajesh and Kishan Kal -have been arrested with the help of the call logs and CCTV footages, while search is on for the others.
