Three people have been arrested for running a fake online domestic help placement agency in west Delhi's Rajouri Garden.

NEW DELHI: Three people have been arrested for running a fake online domestic help placement agency in west Delhi's Rajouri Garden. Police said a resident of the area, Abhineet Singh, filed a complaint saying that he had hired a house help from the agency, Anjali Enterprises in Shakarpur, but after taking the advance and initial deposit of Rs 30,000 the woman fled from their house.

The owner of the agency, Pappu Yadav, and his associate Ranjeev Yadav earned Rs 30,000 as commission and the maid, Sandhya Topno, was paid Rs 3,000 in advance. However after 3-4 days, Topno absconded from the house.
"Three of them were nabbed, but the fourth one, PoojaNayak is still at large," said Deepak Purohit, DCP, West.
