NEW DELHI: Many lucky allottees of the Delhi Development Authority housing scheme 2010 were in for a rude shock when they got their verification letters on Tuesday.
They learned that the date for submitting relevant documents had passed, and those who missed the deadline might have their allotment cancelled.
“We got our verification letter on Tuesday and according to the letter, we were supposed to have submitted documents for verification on May 30.
We don’t know what to do... we will be going to the DDA office on Wednesday to inquire into the matter,” said Kameshwarnath , whose wife had been allotted an LIG flat in Rohini.
