Delhi woke up to a thick blanket of smog on Sunday, with air quality plunging to hazardous levels. Visibility was severely impacted, and residents are grappling with heightened health risks due to the toxic air. As the Air Quality Index (AQI) soared to 457 by Sunday evening, the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) held an emergency meeting.
